Lincoln County 10, Richmond Academy 9

The offense and the pitching continued to shine in the second game Saturday but some defensive misplays almost cost the Devils a win against Richmond Academy. Danny Williford pitched six strong innings to win his third game of the season. Dontai Parks had three hits and three RBI’s to lead the offense. Seven different Red Devils had hits against the Musketeers. The Red Devils had a 10-3 lead after four innings but five Lincoln County errors and two misplayed fly balls allowed ARC to get back into the game in the fifth and sixth innings. Williford closed out the game by getting the last Musketeer hitter to ground back to the mound.
